                     Singer, Actress

                                           Born: November 22, 1982- Canada        Height: 5' 4"        Weight: 100 lbs

Charlene Choi is everywhere. As part of the ubiquitous pop duo Twins, Charlene and her

partner Gillian Chung have permeated HK's cultural landscape with their songs, movies,

and irresistibly charming faces. But you knew that.

The first Twins EP debuted in August 2001. The presentation was as much visual as sonic-

brightly packaged, energetic tunes delivered with smiles and youthful, non-threatening sex

appeal. Their success led to merchandising, product endorsements, and of course, movies.

Just One Look (2002)          The Twins Effect (2003)          New Police Story (2004)          Leave Me Alone (2004)

Charlene made her film debut in one of 3 short films that comprised Heroes in Love

In her second film, Joe Ma's Funeral March, she shared the lead with Eason Chan

and was nominated for a Best New Performer Award.

By 2002, she and Gillian Chung were united onscreen in Summer Breeze of Love

and Riley Yip's Just One Look, youth oriented dramas specially targeted to their

                                                                                      fervent fan base.

Charlene in particular evolved into a fully fledged actress apart from Twins. After co-starring

with the older Ekin Cheng in My Wife is 18, she took the title role in Diva Ah Hey, and was

romantically paired with the much older Lau Ching Wan in Good Times, Bed Times

In 2003, she rejoined Gillian in The Twins Effect and The Death Curse. The duo was

reunited in 3 films in 2004- Fantasia, Protégé de la Rose Noire and The Twins Effect 2

In addition to those films, Charlene managed to squeeze in five other starring roles

                                                                                     the same year.
